Compressor Oils - Synthetic

Enersyn RC-S 32, 46, 68
A range of synthetic lubricants based on polyalphaolefins. The lubricants are fully formulated and contain zinc-free anti-wear additives, anti-oxidants, anti-foam and corrosion inhibitors.

ISO 32, 46, 68. ISO-L-DAH, Atlas Copco for use in their GA, GR, XR and SRH machines

Applications

  • Developed to provide a high level of performance in rotary screw air compressors working in severe conditions of duty
  • They can also be used in circulatory systems operating at high temperatures

  • Enersyn LPS-PO 68

High performance, low pour point, fully synthetic refrigeration compressor lubricant, based on polyalphaolefin technology.

ISO 68, Stahl Refrigeration Oil Type B

    Applications

  • Designed especially for use in mini rotary screw refrigeration compressors
  • May also be used in reciprocating compressors under high temperature conditions
  • Suitable to use with all types of refrigeration gases with the exception of hydroflurocarbons (HFC’s) and sulphur dioxide

  • Enersyn RX 100

A high performance diester based synthetic lubricant.

    ISO 100, DIN 51506

    Applications

  • Specially recommended for the crankcase and cylinder lubrication of high pressure (>150 psi) reciprocating air compressors operating at elevated temperatures, where carbon formation on valves is a problem
  • Compressor Oils – Mineral

    Energol LPT 68

Solvent refined high quality napthenic oil with a low pour point..

    ISO 68. BS 2626: 1975

    Applications

  • Refrigeration compressors dealing with conventional refrigerants e.g. Ammonia (NH3), as well as those systems based on hologentated hydrocarbons

    Energol LPT- F 46

  • Solvent refined high quality napthenic oil with a low pour point

  • ISO 46. BS 2626: 1975

    Applications

  • Refrigeration compressors. LPT-F 46 has a very low floc point, making it suitable for snap freezing. Can be used with Freon 22, 11, 112, 113, 114, 502 and 522 refrigerants
  • Note: NOT suitable for use in systems where non-chlorinated gases are used

    Energol RC 68, 100

  • Compressor lubricants produced from highly refined mineral oils and incorporating anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives.

ISO 68, 100, DIN 51506, DIN 51352 (Pneurop Oxidation Test)
    Applications

  • Designed for use in high pressure (>150 psi) reciprocating compressors under conditions of extreme duty, where the lubricant must exhibit properties of high oxidation stability, coupled with low carbon forming tendencies
  • Particularly suitable for compressors with high air-delivery temperatures – up to 220ºC - where oils of inferior quality would quickly deteriorate and leave carbonaceous deposits within the compressor and discharge system
  • Suitable for drip-feed vane type compressors that require oils with good oxidation stability and rust inhibitors, as well as circulatory lubrication systems of plain and roller bearings operating at high temperatures

  • Energol RC-R 32, 46, 68, 100

This range of lubricants is formulated using highly refined mineral oils and incorporates additives that minimise oxidation, deposit formation, foaming and filter blockage. Enhanced load carrying and anti-wear properties combat the effects of water contamination and prevent corrosion.

    ISO 32, 46, 68, 100, ISO-L-DAG and DAH, DIN 51506, DIN 51 352 (Pneurop Oxidation test)

    Applications

  • For the lubrication of rotors, bearings and gears of rotary air compressors, especially the oil flooded and oil injected screw types
  • Also suitable for use in many reciprocating compressors
