IC-RK 134

Advanced “fifth generation” zinc free SAE 40 railroad engine oil blended from high viscosity index paraffin base oils and an additive package which will maintain adequate levels and give improved engine wear and deposit protection.

API CF/CF-2, TBN 13.7, SAE 40, GM-EMD Silver bearing Corrosion test, LMOA “Generation 5”, EMD “Generation 5”, GE “Generation 4LL”

    IC-RK 1324A

    Advanced “fifth generation” zinc-free multigrade railroad engine oil blended from high viscosity index paraffinic base oils and an additive package which will maintain adequate alkaline level sand give improved engine wear and deposit protection.

  • Designed for service in large engines incorporating silver plated components that would suffer corrosive attack from oils containing zinc additives

    Energrease ELG

    High viscosity base oil lubricant, containing solid lubricants, EP additives and thickeners. High film strength prevents gear scuffing and wear. Advanced additive package including colloidal molybdenum disulphide protects against high steady loads and shocks. Low temperature fluidity. Bitumen and solvent free formulation.

  • Designed for use in traction motor gears in the railway industry
  • Ideal in such applications where semi-fluid grease type lubricants are specified

    Energrease JBG

    Lithium/calcium mixed soap bearing grease.

    BP Railway Journal Bearing Grease is approved by AAR M-942 (Revised 1992) specification

    Energrease RCG

    Lithium based smooth black grease fortified with molybdenum disulphide and friction modifiers that provide wear protection and noise reduction. Good pumpability at low temperatures with excellent adhesion properties to assist in resisting water was-off and reduce grease “creep”.

  • Designed to protect rails and wheel flanges against wear on curved and tangent railway tracks.
  • May be used in wayside and on-board lubricators that apply grease to the rail and allow wheel flanges to spread the grease along several kilometers

    Journal Bearing Oil

    Journal Bearing Oil is a compounded railway bearing oil containing anti-oxidants, anti-foam, corrosion inhibitors and pour point depressants to give optimum performance

    Meets the requirements of Electo-Motive lubricant specification MI 1756 Rev.E.

    Applications

  • Recommended as an all-purpose lubricating oil for traction motor support bearings and axle journal bearings in railway applications
