Our industry leading fuels quality team are available 24/7 to diagnose and resolve any issue that may arise, minimising or eliminating any disruption to you. This team also shape aviation standards through their participation in industry bodies and ensure any impact on aircraft operators is taken into account prior to implementing any changes. When it comes to security of supply, our extensive supply network leaves us best placed to deal with unpredictable demands or unexpected supply disruptions. Ensuring that you have the fuel where to need it, when you need it.
Efficient refuelling - Delivered safely
We are committed to providing a safe and efficient refuelling service. Our network locations are audited to ensure they have tested procedures in place to minimise risks such as aircraft damage or misfuelling.
Our on-airfield staff to operate to the highest standards and have a proven track record of quality re-fuelling. They are fully trained to deal with any unplanned occurrences, minimising the risk of damage to your aircraft or delay to you. No non-operated location is accepted into our network without being part of our audit process to ensure similar standards apply.
Efficient refuelling - Self-serve option
A number of our locations have easy to use self-serve machines giving you access to fuel when you need it.
Full instructions are provided at the self-serve location to ensure you fully understand how to refuel safely. All you need to hand is your Sterling card. Our Where to find tool includes details of where Avgas or Jet self-serve facilities are available.
Convenience - Extensive global network
As a global operator we manage an extensive network of airports so you can deal with one supplier across a wide range of locations.
We recognise that the locations you need to visit can vary significantly and will often involve multi-stop trips. That's where our global network can help keep things simple. Our 'Where to find Air BP' tool ensures that you can easily locate your nearest BP airport including details of the fuels available, opening hours and contact numbers.
Convenience - No fuel releases
As a Sterling card holder you will benefit from quick and simple fuel payments. Purchase fuel wherever you are, with no fuelling pre-arrangements required, except in China and Russia.
Our biodegradable fuel cards are accepted for payment at hundreds of BP locations, and only a handful require prior notice or fuel releases. Our online 'Where to Find Air BP' tool confirms where cards are accepted and any notice required.
Convenience - Manage your account online
Our electronic account management tool, eNabler, gives you a convenient and easy to use way to view invoices and manage your account online.
This including the ability to:
- Choose the QuickView option to receive an email with a direct link to your invoice
- Search for your invoices and view invoice details online on our secure site
- View balance statements including invoiced and uninvoiced deliveries
- Give access to others to view your invoices
Dedicated support - Account holder
Getting the information and assistance you need, when you need it is vital. That's why we give you a named account holder to assist with any queries you may have.
Your account holder is responsible for ensuring that any queries or questions are resolved as well as identifying and demonstrating any new developments or tools that can help support you. They will liaise with the relevant staff within our airport network as well as functional teams to meet your requirements as effectively as possible.
Dedicated support - Out of hours support
Aviation isn't a 9 to 5 business so our 'Out of Hours' team are always on hand to respond to your query.
The team, based in our Dubai office can be contacted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, should you require assistance or information. For example, they can help release fuel if you have misplaced your card or arrange short notice fuel releases for our Chinese and Russian locations (fuel releases are not required at other locations).
Dedicated Support - GA specific refuellers
We have dedicated GA refuelling staff at many of our locations to provide the efficient and safe service you need.
Whilst you may only know your destination at relatively short notice, you often require a quick turnaround. Many of our larger or busier locations have a dedicated GA refuelling service, separate from our commercial airline operations, to ensure your needs can be met.
Dedicated Support - Invoicing support at the click of a button
Our electronic invoicing system eNabler gives you a quick and easy way to query any item on an invoice.
Just click on the disputes button on any invoice or line item and detail your query. Your enquiry will then be sent directly to our finance team who will deal with it in a timely manner.
