BP’s internationally experienced sulphur division addresses imbalances in global supply and demand. Sulphur is not a natural gas liquid, but it is managed by our NGL Marketing and Supply Team.
The NGL Marketing and Supply Team, 65 professionals deep, consists of highly trained marketers, traders, in-house scheduling, and support staff. Everyone on our team has a deep understanding about the expanding natural gas liquids industry, and our priority is to provide customers with flow assurance, asset optimization, and strategic netback maximization.
In line with BP’s One Team culture, we partner with our Structured Products and Producer Services groups to provide our NGL customers with the best possible service. Moreover, the North American Gas & Power, Oil Americas, and LNG (liquefied natural gas) business segments are strategically linked and provide a unique advantage, resulting in synergistic midstream services. By leveraging our multi-faceted, vertically integrated business and our large NGL rail fleet, BP’s NGLs Team serves over 300 customers. These customers generate over 220,000 total barrels per day (bpd) in NGL product movement and trade over 1 million total barrels per day.
