BP Ultimate Diesel

Now with ACTIVE technology

BP Ultimate Diesel for trucks

Driving your vehicle has been shown to result in the formation of harmful engine deposits (dirt). Fuel is sprayed into your engine through tiny holes in the tip of the fuel injectors. Dirt can block these holes, restricting fuel flow and affecting the fuel spray.

BP Ultimate Diesel with ACTIVE technology is specially formulated to help remove harmful fuel injector deposits and keep injectors clean. Keeping important engine components clean is fundamental to maintaining optimum engine operation.

Tests show that removing harmful injector deposits offers a fuel economy benefit of up to 3.8%.*

With on-going use, BP fuels with ACTIVE technology can help to deliver more power.

Plus, BP Ultimate Diesel contains an anti-foam agent that helps to provide cleaner, and faster refuelling.

So why not really get going with BP Ultimate Diesel with ACTIVE technology the next time you fill up?

Automotive LPG

Whether you have an LPG fuelled vehicle, or a gas bottle for you BBQ or heater – BP stocks it at a large number of our stations.

Bottled gas can be used to fuel your heaters, spa pools and BBQs. Selected BP sites offer a service where you can have your own LPG bottle filled while you wait and others offer a convenient and quick bottle swap service. You can use our Location Finder to find the service that suits you.

LPG has been used as a vehicle fuel all over the world for many decades. Many vehicle manufacturers now produce vehicles with factory fitted or approved LPG systems which are ready to drive off the showroom floor. Modern after-market conversions also offer excellent performance and reliability. BP stocks Automotive LPG at selected locations, check where your closest store is.
Bottled gas systems are safe but there are strict regulations governing the ways that bottled gas can be stored and handled, and retailers are also required to meet certain standards, which all BP outlets meet. By law LPG and CNG cylinders and vehicles may only be filled by someone who has undertaken approved training and holds relevant certification. All BP customer service representatives who fill LPG bottles have had full LPG training and have passed their LPG filling certificates.

It is important that you also treat the bottles with care. Don't allow anything to fall on or damage the bottles, and don't allow any source of ignition within 2m of the bottles (such as garden fires, power tools or lawnmowers). LPG gas bottles must be tested and recertified every ten years. Service station staff cannot legally fill an LPG bottle with an expired test certification date.
