What does progress look like?

In FLP, you can accelerate your career development and discover your potential – both on a personal and professional level. The programme lasts between three and four years. It starts with an induction that will introduce you to FLP and your fellow participants. From there you’ll have two job rotations in genuine business roles that each last between 18-24 months. We’ll offer you real responsibilities.

Investing in you

Structured training and development is an important feature of the programme. The education modules we offer cover topics like leadership and teambuilding as well as subjects connected to your discipline. You'll also have a mentor who can help you gain broader insights into BP and into your own talents. Annual conferences and events will introduce you to different parts of our business, and help you build an effective professional network. And in FLP, you’ll be part of a group of bright and highly capable people who bring diverse perspectives and experience to the challenges they face.
