In FLP, you can accelerate your career development and discover your potential – both on a personal and professional level. The programme lasts between three and four years. It starts with an induction that will introduce you to FLP and your fellow participants. From there you’ll have two job rotations in genuine business roles that each last between 18-24 months. We’ll offer you real responsibilities.
