"I was attracted to BP because of its global nature. I knew I would have opportunities to travel and work in other countries. The programme accelerates your discovery of BP. I’ve learned to adapt to different environments with different kinds of people. And I’ve had different jobs as well. Now I’m based in London, but I’ve travelled to the US, Spain and Germany. I see BP as a meritocracy. If you perform well, the rewards are there – including greater responsibilities. My mentor is a senior leader, but he’s also very approachable. If I have a question, I can get in touch with him. It’s great to have access to advice and career guidance."
