People make the difference

"I joined BP for the people... When I went to the assessment centre and met people from BP, I knew I was in the right place. I think the working environment here is so positive and open. It’s friendly. There are so many opportunities and career paths you can choose from. We support each other and offer advice when we can. When I visit other offices, I still feel like I’m a part of the same organisation. Wherever I go in BP, I feel connected."

"The programme really focuses on training. I spent two weeks on a Marketing Excellence course – one week in Spain and the second in Turkey. The networking is really important too. In the programme, I’ve learned to be patient. In a global organisation, you have to understand different perspectives. Exposure and development are big advantages."
