Making your next step an easy one
We’ve tried to make the application process for FLP as straightforward and clear as possible. We’re looking for those with a postgraduate level degree, a minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience and demonstrable leadership potential. You can apply for the programme from September through to the end of October 2012. If you’re successful, you’ll start in 2013.The first step is answering a few questions and completing an online application form. We’ll be in touch to let you know the outcome. If you meet our basic requirements, you’ll be asked to attend a telephone interview. If you are successful, we’ll invite you to a face-to-face interview. The final stage is an assessment centre where you can meet senior members of the BP team, learn more about our businesses, get to know our people and participate in a series of interviews and exercises.
