To join us, you'll need to share our uncompromising attitude toward safety and quality. We want professionals with track records in their fields. Whether you're a chemist, automotive engineer, a physicist, a safety manager, a toxicologist or a product development expert with skills in lubricants or fuels, we'll offer you the scope to develop your career as far as you want to go. And, you'll have the satisfaction that comes from making your own contribution to our products – and the industry as a whole.

A personal and professional outlook

Professional experience is important, but we're equally interested in your personal attributes. Adaptability and flexibility are important. We believe outstanding individual performances are the result of teamwork – so the ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels and across disciplines is essential. Leadership skills are also valued, as is the ability to spot commercial opportunities.
