How do I access the Agency Manager portal?
Each agency will be sent a URL and will have a log-in and password.
What browsers does the system support?
Agency Manager is officially supported on the following platforms for each supported language. Each "platform" is represented by a browser and operating system combination. Please ensure that your organisation has a supported platform in place for all end users.

Do I need to adjust my settings for optimum performance?
See question above regarding browser settings. Please also note that your Internet browser must have JavaScript and cookies enabled and be capable of supporting 128-bit SSL.

Browsers versions and operating systems, other than those listed above, may allow you to access the site and use the pages but may not display the site as designed or allow you to access all the functionality. To check for the supported version of your browser, please visit your browser provider’s web site and follow instructions available.
I’m having problems uploading a Word document containing tables, what am I doing wrong?
If you are uploading a Resume/CV or attachment in MS Word format which contains tables, this may cause the file upload process to fail. In this instance, you should either convert your file to PDF format and re-upload, or convert the table data in the MS Word document to plain text.
How do I know that my data is being sent securely?
When you are using our online application, the information you submit is protected through the use of SSL encryption. SSL makes it difficult for your information to be intercepted or stolen while being transmitted. For your protection, we require the browser to connect at 128-bit encryption (versus the less-secure 40-bit encryption). This may require you to upgrade your browser to the stronger encryption level. If your browser does not support 128-bit encryption, you must upgrade to continue to access the website's secure pages.
