Who should complete the online application?
Any student currently pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, JD or PhD degree in one of our desired majors, has a minimum of a 3.0 major GPA (on a 4.0 scale), and is actively interested in a career with BP in the US. Click here to access our Program wizard.
How do I apply for a position?
Select the "Apply" option on the left navigation bar to complete the application form.
How many times can I apply to BP?
We ask that you only apply once in a recruiting cycle. A recruiting cycle is defined as May 1st - April 30th of the following year.
Can I apply for engineering and business (or any other combination)?
Unfortunately, No. You will need to select the area you are most interested (not necessarily the degree you are currently seeking, please click here to access the Program wizard) and select only one.
Can I apply both in the US and UK?
We ask that you complete only one application. Please consider carefully which location is your first choice and complete your application accordingly.

What information is needed to complete the application?
Having an updated soft copy of your resume and transcript will assist you in completing your application. You will need to have your major GPA calculated. Also, please allow plenty of time as it could take up to an hour to complete.
How many opportunities can I apply for?
As you are completing your application, you will select your main area of interest - engineering, science or business. You will then be able to select the opportunity(s) within that area in which you are most interested. BP will review your selections, qualifications and experiences to match you to the best position. NOTE: Please only complete one application.
