May 3, 2004 - Truncation Ballot
On May 14, 2004, ProGas received producer support for the deferral of restructuring funds, referred to as the "truncation fund" as described in the attached letter to all ProGas producers, for one year effective for purchases in April 2004.
Producer support for this ballot was 88.9% by volume and 75.4% by number.
