Enhancements to Air BP eNabler

We are pleased to announce the following recent enhancements to our electronic invoicing service, Air BP eNabler.

Air BP eNabler

An option to view the site in German has been implemented. You can pick your preferred language option from the top of the screen or go to the Profile tab and select an option (German or English). In the coming months we will be providing a French, Spanish and Portuguese option.
You will also notice that in future there may be a message at the top of the screen from Air BP. We will use this to broadcast any messages to you.
At the top right hand side of eNabler screen we have provided you with a link to Airport Fees and Taxes. Just click the link ‘Duties and Taxes’.
When downloading invoices via the link in eNabler your invoices will be automatically saved with the actual invoice number.

The overdue balance on an account has been incorporated into the account summary. This will allow you to see at a glance the balance of any invoices that are overdue.

We have provided you with an option when selecting accounts to select all your accounts or individual accounts when doing a search.

You will now find a download button available when viewing your uninvoiced deliveries. This will download all your uninvoiced deliveries to a .csv file.

Invoice Notification: This has been defaulted in the system to be daily. Whenever invoices are produced and available for you in eNabler you will receive an email. Please Note: This can be set by yourself to Never within your profile but when Air BP stops sending you paper invoices this will be our notification to you of invoices available.
Payment Due Notification: This has been defaulted in the system to be 4 days prior to a payment due to us. When payments are due you will receive an email from eNabler advising you. Please Note: This can be reset by you if you go into the Profile tab.
