Adelaide Diesel Drivers to benefit from New Fuel

BP Australia announced today that its new diesel fuel, BP Ultimate Diesel, will soon be available across 50 service stations throughout Adelaide, providing another way for the State’s motorists to get more kilometres per tank while improving engine performance and lowering emissions.
BP’s Fuels Marketing Manager in Australia, Jim Parry said that there were now more than 100,000 diesel vehicles in South Australia, and diesel fuel sales in Australia had grown by 34% since 2003.
“A growing awareness that diesel fuel is now cleaner, and a growing understanding that today’s diesel engines have the technology to deliver lower emissions, has led to a growing number of South Australian motorists switching to diesel powered vehicles,” said Mr Parry.
“To meet this State’s growth we have used our expertise in product innovation, and our commitment to providing high performance fuels to launch our most advanced diesel fuel yet, BP Ultimate Diesel.
“A growing awareness that diesel fuel is now cleaner, and a growing understanding that today’s diesel engines have the technology to deliver lower emissions, has led to a growing number of South Australian motorists switching to diesel powered vehicles,” said Mr Parry.

“South Australian motorists now have access to BP Ultimate Diesel, which with ongoing use can improve fuel economy and power while producing fewer harmful emissions including reduced carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide compared to ordinary diesel,” he said.
