It’s been about six months since the first few gallons of BP gasoline with Invigorate went in my own tank. Since then, I gave gift cards to a couple dozen friends, filled my tank a couple dozen times, and enlightened a few dozen other people (the ones who stopped long enough to listen), about the benefits of BP gasoline with Invigorate. Which was weird at first, because seriously, who talks about gas?
But fortunately, the majority of the guys I talked to or gave cards to, actually saw a benefit. This helped, because getting your horns busted by a buddy who tries something you recommend and fails, stinks.
What I found, was that the older the car, the better the reaction. Guys who had new, high-powered rides, didn’t see a whole lot of difference in performance, but liked the fact that the gas has detergents and will help keep the engine cleaner. (When you spend big coin to get a lot of horsepower, you don’t want any of those horses choking on sludge).
Overall, six months later, I’m still driving out of my way to find a BP station. Maybe it’s all those weeks of habit, and maybe it’s the difference I see in the car. A difference I’d like to keep. I’m thinking, if you have a choice between a decent gas with less detergency, and a higher quality gas, and they cost about the same, I’m going for the better gas. And apparently most of the people I gave BP gift cards to felt the same way.

In the past few posts, I’ve told you about my car’s performance using BP gasoline with Invigorate, and as my car turns five this year, now more than ever I need to take care of it since I don’t think I’ll be getting a new one anytime soon.
Funny, I ought to be saying the same thing about my body as it gets older...
Anyway...
I’ve learned and experienced the importance of using a quality gas in my car’s engine and have felt the results in my car’s performance. As a matter of fact, I’ve been using BP gasoline with Invigorate exclusively in our other car too, since I began seeing great results with the program.
I continue to be pleased with my gas mileage, even as we are running around everywhere during this holiday season. I will be doing a lot of traveling for my daughter’s volleyball team beginning next month, so I’ll be putting performance to the test just as soon as I remember to get the oil changed.
Though BP has sponsored the Invigorate Insiders’ program, the thoughts and opinions I’ve shared are real and I encourage you to give BP gasoline with Invigorate a try, I’m really glad I did.
