Brochures on BP's new crudes

Skarv is a new low sulphur, medium gravity crude oil from Norway. It will be produced via FPSO, and sold on a delivered basis using dedicated shuttle tankers.

A new crude oil from the Block 31 PSVM development in Angola is now on stream.

Plutonio is a new low sulphur medium gravity crude oil from Angola’s deepwater block 18. The development area comprises of five oil fields called Plutonio, Galio, Paladio, Cromio and Cobalto from water depths of around 1300 metres. These are all located within 20km of each other.

The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) project is a $3 billion investment to unlock a vast store of energy from the Caspian Sea by providing a new crude oil pipeline from Azerbaijan, through Georgia, to Turkey for onward delivery to world markets.
