Where do our beans come from

The majority of Wild Bean Cafe’s coffee beans (about 50 per cent) come from cooperatives in Costa Rica, as well as cooperatives in Brazil and Peru. We source cocoa beans for our hot chocolate from Ghana. Read about the two main coffee cooperatives we source our beans from, below.

CoopeAgri, Costa Rica

CoopeAgri’s mission is to utilize research, technology and human ingenuity to produce high-quality coffee, provide excellent customer service and develop a strong community for its members. Since becoming Fairtrade Certified in 1994, the cooperative has taken great strides toward fulfilling its goals through a wide variety of social, environmental and production programmes.
