Drilling engineers
As a primary member of the wells team, your key areas will include the planning and programming of drilling and work over activities, cost estimation and cost control for wells activities. Capability opportunities include exploration, HPHT, deepwater, multilateral, extended reach and development drilling. Lead drilling engineers also take on supervisory and assurance responsibilities.
Completion engineers
Completion engineers work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, where you will have the opportunity to deliver and grow capabilities for all engineering connected with completion design, including sand control selection, well performance, flow assurance and completion integrity. You will also have a role in the preparation of detailed completion and re-completion programmes. Lead completion engineers also take on supervisory and assurance responsibilities.
Well site leaders / supervisors
These positions play a pivotal part in leading all well site operational activity, HSE and logistics, you will be responsible for supervising offshore / onshore drilling, completion and work over operations at the well site. This is delivered both through management of contractors and service providers and management to ensure control of simultaneous operations.
Drilling superintendents / team leaders
Drilling superintendents / team leaders play a key role in managing teams of drilling and completions engineers and offshore drilling supervisors in delivering high quality well planning activities and offshore execution. Your scope will cover engineering activity and drilling, completion and work over operations.
