Employee Engagement, part of BP’s Global Social Investment (GSI) programme, aims to encourage and empower employees to play a part in supporting communities around the globe
The BP Employee Matching Fund encourages and facilitates the sharing of employee time and expertise in the community. By participating in activities that foster independent community development, we believe we can ensure that the communities where we operate do benefit from our presence.
Employees working at any location in the world can access up to US $5 000 each per year.
Through the BP Matching Fund, employees working at any location in the world can access up to US $5 000 each per year. The Fund encourages active fund raising and volunteering while reassuring them that BP values and rewards their energy, enthusiasm and the time spent working with charitable organisations and community groups.
