Our aspiration is that our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners will use NGL.com as the one place to manage their BP NGL business with us. To this end, we plan to evolve NGL.com into an online resource that will meet all of our customers' NGL business needs.

About our NGL.com and NGLNow web site
In an effort to become the preferred supplier of Natural Gas Liquids and services in North America, we've created this site to provide our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners with all the resources they need to do business with us. For ease of use, we've divided the NGL site into two principal areas. The first, NGL.com, offers you general information about the NGL industry and the role that BP plays within it. The second, utilized if you are registered, allows you to login in to NGLNow to access customizable information relating to the business activities you have with the BP business.
This area of NGL.com enables you to securely access comprehensive and customizable information associated with your BP NGL and Sulphur business interactions. Using the NGLNow application, you can view and customize reports that contain the latest information on your contract performance, product prices, order delivery times, new invoices, product liftings, and truck and railcar movements. In addition, the NGLNow application offers an optional contact service that emails you the latest rail truck and delivery information and automatically informs you of any changes in product price and contract performance.

NGL.com is the website of the BP NGL Business Unit. NGL.com provides general information about industry and provides a gateway to the NGLNow.com site. NGLNow is the application within NGL.com that allows customers, suppliers, partners, and BP employees to use the Internet to access comprehensive, secure and customizable information associated with BP's NGL and Sulphur business. Users will be able to tailor and download reports pertaining to NGL and Sulphur contracts, product prices and liftings, invoices, and truck and railcar movements. Additionally, users can choose to be automatically emailed the latest rail and truck delivery information, invoice updates, and product price.Why should I use NGLNow?
NGLNow is a significant improvement in the service we offer our customers. NGLNow is designed to bring improved customer service to people who don't have access to the BP NGL systems. Currently, our clients receive NGL information through a combination of faxes, phone conversations, emails, FedEx, and traditional mail. NGLNow enables clients to get information straight from our systems, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients can then use this information to create customized online reports that can be downloaded to spreadsheets or straight into management systems.What information can I see?
Your company will have access to all its business-critical NGL and Sulphur business information. In particular, you will be able to see information pertaining to your contracts, allocations, product prices and liftings, invoices, and truck and railcar movements. This data is presented within a summarized format that can then be customized to your specifications and saved as a default report. To drill down to the next level of detail, simply double click the data in any of the information rows and you'll be taken to the next level of detail. Additionally, clicking the 'excel' button will retrieve the full details of the summarized data on a given page.How much does it cost?
As part of our commitment to be the preferred supplier of NGL products and services, this is a free service.Can I change the information that I receive?
No. You can manipulate your own data after downloading, but you cannot change the data that is stored on the BP NGL IT systems.What happens if I think the information is incorrect?

Yes. You can create a report then save the page as "bookmark" or "favorite."Who else can see my company's data?
Only those people approved by your company and the BP NGL staff will have the ability to view your information.Will NGLNow have my railcar and truck Bills of Lading Information?
Yes. To locate them, chose either the railcar or truck summary reports, then drill down on the appropriate delivery data to find your Bill of Lading information. Downloading a summarized report will also give you all the BOL information in a spreadsheet format.How can I link the information from NGLNow to my own systems?
The easiest way is to save and open a report into Microsoft Excel, modify it into the format used by your system then import the new file.How do I create my own reports?
You will be offered a default report whenever you choose to see summarized information. You can modify this default report by sorting or filtering any of the columns. Upon exiting, you will be given the option to save the modified report as your default report. This report will be there for you the next time you use NGLNow.Who has access to my information?
Only your approved company representatives (i.e., registered users) and the NGL staff within BP can access your information.How do I get to NGLNow?
Go to LOGON located to the right of the main pages of NGL.com. If you are a registered user, you will automatically be taken to the NGLNow application. If you are not a registered user you can register by following the registration links on the main page.How do I register?
Each company nominates a single point of contact, or Web Judge, for approving access to NGLNow. When an individual applies for registration to NGLNow via the NGL.com site, our Web Coordinator contacts the Web Judge to validate and approve access to NGLNow. Then, upon approval, the Web Coordinator assigns the appropriate security access for the applicant. To ensure ongoing security, the Web Coordinator will email the Web Judge with a monthly summary list of the people who have access to their company's information on NGLNow. It will remain the responsibility of the Web Judge to ensure that only the appropriate personnel within their company have access to the secure information within NGLNow.Will my personal information be distributed to anyone else?
No. Your registration and commitment to use our applications are very important to us. We will not distribute your personal and private information beyond BP.Where do I go for help?
Our Web Coordinator is the best person to contact for help on how to use NGLNow. Contact us is located on the top right hand corner of each NGL page or dial 877-569-5552. Additionally, your marketing representative should be able to help you with most requests.Can I suggest improvements?
