Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the delivery of day-to-day store operations which includes merchandising, financial analysis, team leadership & coaching and excellence in customer service.

Wild Bean Café Captain

The Wild Bean Café Captain is responsible for driving our café offer at our Connect sites – the Wild Bean Café offer has differentiated BP from the remainder of the market place. You will provide leadership and motivation to the Café team ensuring quality products and service are provided to our customers.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience managing a retail restaurant, café or fast food business
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer excellence
  • Leadership and coaching experience
  • Experience with managing health, safety and food hygiene requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to understand financial reports to ensure bottom line profitability

Store Managers

The Store Manager has the ultimate responsibility for all store operations and must ensure effective, efficient and profitable execution of BP’s commitments and expectations through their teams. Store Managers motivate, lead and develop a dynamic customer service team. People Management, Financial control, Operational Excellence and Customer service are all key elements of this position.

Operations Managers

The Operations Manager is responsible for the bottom line profitability for a particular cluster of stores, they will drive performance improvement through operational excellence initiatives and compliance that spans customer service, merchandising, gross profit, people management and HSSEQ.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
  • Leadership experience in a customer facing retail business
  • High level of financial understanding – key financial levers that drive performance
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills with ability to multi task
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • IT literacy
