BPs Challenge Program
The program applies to all college and university graduates recruited to professional positions within exploration and production.
The Challenge Program is a competence- and activity based program made to develop skills and experience in order to become an independent contributor as quickly as possible. Active guidance and skill assessment are provided based on the competence objectives for the disciplines. Program participants will fill real job positions in order to further develop their skills. In cases where the development plan requires skills that cannot be met in the base organization the participant will achieve this through postings abroad. The duration of the Challenge Program is approximately three years.
