Orkhan Guliyev is Offshore Operations Manager of one of the major production platforms based in the Caspian Sea. He has been a project manager on major projects, such as Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, South Caucasus Pipeline and Azeri-Chirag-Deepwater Gunashli before joining offshore operations.
