Samsung BP (SSBP) is a JV between BP (51%) and Samsung (49%). Based in Ulsan, the plant has an annual acetic acid capacity of approximately 510,000 tonnes.

Asia Acetyls Company Ltd. (ASACCO), a JV between BP(34%), Dow (34%) and Samsung (32%), has a total vinyl acetate monomer capacity of approximately 165,000 tonnes.
