MBA recruitment has changed
Following a global, business wide review of the way that we recruit and develop MBA talent at BP, we have made some changes to the way that we recruit.
We have made these changes to reflect the way that our business is organised with increased activity embedded in our strategic performance units.
These changes will enable our individual business segments to develop stronger talent streams to meet the changing needs of their business and provide those joining with an opportunity to shape their career development in a more structured way.

These changes mean that we will no longer be recruiting into a central MBA programme.
