The programme
Join BP’s prestigious Eurograduate programme and you’ll be expected to take up three diverse placements, in different business functions and in two or three countries over a five-year period.Starting with a position outside your home country, you will gain instant exposure to a wide range of commercial activities. Opportunities exist in marketing, operations, business analysis, project evaluation and mergers and acquisitions. Placements are unique and individual, based on your skills and interests, balanced with our business needs. Past Eurograduates have carried out roles including : refinery production planner, crude oil refinery trader, retail business manager, bunker sales officer BP Marine, retail territory manager, customer service development manager, sales marketing assistant, marketplace planner, fuels business analyst, business development manager, risk management manager.
Entry requirements
- a high business or technical degree at Masters level or equivalent. The combination of engineering with a specialisation in business is particularly valued
- fluency in at least two European languages, one of which must be English
- European mobility is key
- proven international studies or working experience
