BP employees choose to support charitable activities. Here in China, with the support of the company we have developed several employee volunteer programs. The major programs include:
To encourage employees' involvement in volunteer activities, BP has established BP Employee Matching Fund (EMF). The BP Employee Matching Fund enables personal donations, volunteer time or funds raised by employees to be matched by BP. All of the above volunteer programs have benefited from the BP Employee Matching Fund (EMF).
