Challenge program
Our development program for graduates is called 'Challenge' and typically lasts three years. The program is designed to develop the breadth of your personal and professional capabilities. Whatever role you undertake, you will learn and develop in a real job with real responsibilities. Formal training, personal study time and e-learning are also available to help you reach your goals.By the end of the program, you should have the ability to perform a stand-alone role in your chosen discipline and have sufficient competency in related areas, to ask the right questions, and to know when to seek help.
What we look for
Typically we are looking for graduates or those in their penultimate year from the following disciplines:- Chemical Engineering
- Petroleum Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Civil/Structural Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Geosciences
- Finance/Accounting
We are looking for people with an excellent academic background (the equivalent of an average GPA of 3.0 or higher) in a relevant discipline. You must have no more than three years full-time professional experience.
Only Indonesian citizens can apply for a graduate role in Indonesia, although an ability to speak fluent English is also essential.
