At BP, we have our hands on every aspect of petroleum production. That means refining crude oil is just a part of what our Refining & Marketing Group does. We also manufacture, trade, transport and sell crude oil and petroleum products in over 100 countries worldwide.

We’re the second largest fuel marketer in the U.S. and the second largest fuel retailer in Europe. We’re also one of the world’s largest suppliers of fuel and fuel-related products to the aviation industry. Worldwide we own, wholly or in part, 19 refineries with a processing capacity of 3.5 million barrels.
We do our best to create industry-best practices and processes while maintaining the strictest safety standards. While we have won industry awards and accolades, we feel that we can do even better. And with your help, we can.
