BP Solar modules can be securely mounted to almost any kind of roof – flat or sloped – with just about any type of roofing material, including slate, metal, Spanish tile, asphalt and shake shingles.
Your BP Solar representative will assess your roof to determine the optimum placement for your solar panels. The assessment covers roof type, pitch, shape and orientation, as well as analysis of potential shading throughout the year. This allows us to design the optimum solar electric system for your home and to estimate the amount of energy the system will generate.

Utility net metering
Your BP Solar Home Solutions® system connects to your main electrical panel. A meter tracks net energy usage, spinning forward when electricity is used from the grid, and backwards, generating a credit, when your system creates more electricity than you require.
