The Loch Rannoch
BP operates a dedicated shuttle crude oil tanker, Loch Rannoch, to transport oil produced in its Schiehallion Oil Field located in the Shetland Trough in the North-West Atlantic Ocean
Loch Rannoch is a purpose-built double-hull oil tanker with a capacity of 130,031 deadweight tonnes.
Built by Daewoo Heavy Industries in Korea, the vessel is British-flagged in Lerwick, Shetland Islands and its classification society is Lloyds Register. Loch Rannoch transports oil produced at Schiehallion to the Sullom Voe terminal in Shetland.
