Goodwood Festival of Speed
On the 3rd, 4th and 5th July Goodwood held its annual celebration of cars, motor bikes and all things motoring at its Festival of Speed.
This was a fantastically attended event with a total of 152,000 visitors flooding through the gates over the course of the weekend, with visitor numbers peaking at 52,000 on Sunday. As always this prestigious event attracted a host of significant names from the world of motoring all prepared to take their chance driving a car up the famous Goodwood hill climb, this year the list included current F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton, 2009 F1 championship leader Jenson Button and motoring legends such as Jackie Stewart and Stirling Moss.
BP Ultimate hold a 3 year partnership with Goodwood to sponsor the FoS-TECH pavilion which houses all the futuristic concept cars from many of the world’s leading car manufacturers. This year the likes of Lotus, Toyota, Ford and Lexus were all keen to display their latest innovation in BP Ultimate’s FoS-TECH pavilion.

Once again the Festival of Speed proved to be an enjoyable and exciting event for all visitors and one BP Ultimate is very proud to be associated with.
