Angola students and graduates
We want to guarantee a strong local base by developing the basic technical and professional skills required to run our complex business
New graduates develop their careers in many directions. Some will decide to become international engineering specialists, others will want to follow management careers in project or operations. Some will aspire to management positions within the Company. For this reason, all new employees are offered a full training and development programme, to enable us to jointly share the same fundamental principles that have led us to achieve positive results for both the company and employee satisfaction.
BP offers career development opportunities to graduates through a training programme called 'Challenge'. The Challenge programme aims to develop the career of graduates in the most varied areas of activity in both engineering and project and operations management.
The programme lasts for three years during which graduates will be exposed to intensive technical practice ensuring rapid progression in the roles they will perform.
