It stands to reason that you’ll need an excellent academic record to join us here: at the very least, we’re looking for a degree in chemistry (3.0/4.0 overall GPA), and a PhD or other postgraduate qualification will be to your advantage. But beyond that, your success will depend on your personality, your willingness to learn and your desire to deliver.

No matter where you join you’ll be applying science, developing innovative technologies and working closely with colleagues in our engineering and commercial operations. Join the lubricant and fuel product development team and you’ll bring your theoretical knowledge to bear upon our many market-leading products. Pursue a career in Research and Development, and you could be involved in the discovery of new, commercially-focused ideas, producing clean fuels or developing the next generation of chemical processes.
