BP’s Refining & Marketing segment of business activities spends over US$25bn on non-hydrocarbon third party goods and services each year. Managed by more than 500 Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) professionals worldwide, this spend spans 20 major categories, over 120 commodity areas, and thousands of suppliers providing anything from the equipment required to operate a refinery, through to logistics services, or the stock in our service stations.
Working with our diverse portfolio of businesses, PSCM aims to maximise value from the external marketplace - helping to ensure BP has the right product, from the right supplier, at the right time and on the right terms.
