In this issue, we meet Mary Ann Crugnale, your Sterling Card account holder for North America. Mary is responsible for Sterling Card in North America and has worked with Air BP for five years.
Tell us a little about your day to day work?
My day to day work, whether I am on site with customers or in the office is extremely diverse and exciting. As a single point of contact, I get to interact with my customers to understand the specifics of their individual operations and business needs. I also work closely with our experienced team around the world so that we can provide an ongoing highly effective customer-focused service.
What do you enjoy most about working in the aviation industry?
The aviation industry is dynamic and fast-paced. General Aviation is driven largely by strengthening and growing relationships and one of the most rewarding parts is to be able to nurture and grow relationships with my customers.
Tell us a little about yourself?
I have had a passion for aviation since I was a child. I began my career in aviation with American Airlines where I had the opportunity to work and live globally. Prior to joining Air BP, I managed an FAA Part 135 Commercial Carrier and Part 91 Corporate Flight Department operation.
Why should customers get in touch?
We are continuously working to improve our offer and adapt to our customer needs as demonstrated by the addition of 62 new domestic U.S Sterling Card acceptance locations through the Signature Network, our Environmental Offer and our collaboration with RocketRoute.
