At BP, our retail fuels business is at the heart of who we are in Australia. The BP brand shines bright at close to 1,000 independently owned and operated sites and approximately 350 BP-owned sites, around the country. We’ve been operating here for almost 100 years and we’re proud of it!

Of course it’s our energetic and awesome team that makes the difference - our 3,500 team members, with the support of around 100 more in our corporate head office, deliver outstanding customer service to more than 60 million customers every year who look to us to make their lives easier and their days a little brighter.

Do you love making great coffees with a conscience? Then you’d get a kick out of working as a Barista in one of our Wild Bean Cafes – making great coffee fresh from Fairtrade Certified coffee beans. If you love interacting with people and you get a buzz from make someone’s day better, perhaps a customer service representative job might be for you. If you enjoy coaching and leading fantastic people and have an eye for quality operations, we’re confident you’ll enjoy working with us as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

No matter your role, BP supports every retail team member with local, structured in-store training, from safety to customer service and barista training. For you to be at your best we know you need the support of a team too, so you’ll also have peer meetings where you can learn from and collaborate with your team mates.
