Graduate requirements

  • To apply for any of our graduate programmes you must be an Angolan national with a strong academic background. 
  • You will need to have gained a relevant degree (BSc/MSc) within the last three years and have less than three years’ professional experience. 
  • You will also need the interest, determination and passion it takes to flourish.

Intern programmes

We offer the chance to experience life at BP Angola before you decide if we’re the right place for you. And, due to the programmes we offer, you don’t have to wait until your final year to experience our world.

We look for students to join us as interns in a variety of engineering and science disciplines. Our 60 day structured internship programme offers a whole host of opportunities for creative and inquisitive individuals.

These opportunities present a chance to start learning and growing with us as you work on some of the most exciting and technically challenging projects our industry has to offer.

  • Strong academic background
  • Working towards a science or engineering degree or master’s degree

Scholarship programme

In addition to offering the educational assistance programme, BP in Angola offers a scholarship programme aimed at candidates who are pursuing a degree in engineering or the sciences, and who meet other key requirements. Recently, we’ve awarded scholarships to students studying at overseas universities.
