Karin Indrist

Karin Indrist has more than 20 years of experience in HR.

She finished her studies in Business Administration in 1993.

In 1996 she joined bp.

Since then, she has held numerous management positions worldwide, for example as HR Manager for Central & Eastern Europe.

In 2012 she moved to London and become the HR Director Global Fuels which covered Air bp and LPG.

In 2015 she moved to Bochum to become the HR Director for all the Functions in Fuels ESA as well as for several European countries.

Since August 2020 she has moved to the central programme office to coordinate and implement Reinvent bp in Europe.

With effect from 1st December 2020: Karin Indrist has been appointed as a member of the board of BP Europa SE.

She is responsible for Labour and Social Affairs.
