Accounting Reporting and Control Subject Matter Expert (Fixed-term)

In this role You will:

  • Ensure smooth month-end closures with your technical expertise.
  • Provide expert guidance on closing processes, enhancing operational delivery and quality control.
  • Coordinate finance teams to improve efficiency within the infrastructure.
  • Implement automated tasks in SAP to optimize operations.
  • Offer comprehensive support, training, and mentorship to operational teams.
  • Lead optimization efforts across the center for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accountability for managing and supervising finance processes, aligning them with service center strategy and global standards.

What You will need to be successful:

  • Proven expertise in Financial Accounting, particularly in Group close processes, contract management, and handling additional and supplementary information
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Experience in supporting and implementing strategic plans within a team
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and techniques such as Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma
  • Project management and organizational change experience in a multinational environment would be a significant advantage
  • Availability for shift work during closing periods (typically 2-3 days monthly, between 6 PM and 10 PM)
  • Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week, 4 hours daily)
