As the GBS organisation continues to grow and accommodates more, we are expanding our services into new area where we start to provide accounting, reporting and control services to our JV partners. New team will be supporting one of our Joint Venture (JV) partners, operating one of the major offshore fields. The team would be completely ring-fenced and work together with representatives from the JV to provide end-to-end accounting, reporting and control services.

Accounting, Reporting and Control Senior Analyst – Master Data

In this role You will:

  • Maintain and update SAP master data for all applicable object (gl, cc, jv attributes, settlement rules, DDA basis and areas, CO allocation cycles, configuration table, maintenances.
  • Serves as liaison with all the departments responsible for authorizing SAP Master Data creation/maintenance.
  • Assemble master data input information from key partners (Planning, reporting, functions and accounting)
  • Create new items as requested from authorized partners.
  • Maintain master naming convention guidelines for all types of objects, descriptions, JIB, SIOP, Planning and group reporting attributes.
  • Assist project master data definition and setup as required.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors, and other key partners of the company.
  • Understand, support and adhere to the company’s health and safety policies, programs and procedures by communicating and promoting health and safety awareness to coworkers and subordinates.
  • Support on the period end closing SAP maintenance activities
  • Documentation and maintenance of ERP master data related policies and desktop procedures
  • Support the standardization of the master data management processes and controls.
  • Proactively support the implementation of process enhancements which are required to achieve or improve compliance with applicable regulation.
  • Actively contributes to continuous improvement including standardization, efficiency, and simplification, by identifying opportunities within own work.
