About the role
Your role will center around two primary responsibilities:

  1. Transaction deal entry into system of record
  2. Overall office administrative functions:
  • Support of office staff
  • Preparation of certain monthly reporting requirements
  • Becoming a notary with inherent occasional notary needs
  • Coordination of record retention program
  • Processing of all non-gas accounts payable and maintaining up to date vendor files
  • Assist in planning of any customer events
  • In office phone answering and guest reception
Your job accountabilities will include:
  • Learn, understand and follow the necessary steps and requirements for entry of our transacted deals into the ENDUR system of record
  • Ultimately able to serve as backup on transaction deal entry for the deal entry lead
  • Timely review, receipt of appropriate approval and entry into SAP system for all non-gas accounts payable
  • Accurate update of all non-gas vendor files
  • Participate as member of the overall GPTA Admin. Network Group
  • Support of all office staff as to various administrative duties when needed
  • Ensure office and kitchen supplies are always sufficient to meet the needs of the team
Requirements
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs - Excel and Word. PowerPoint experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Timely and accurate performance of requisite accountabilities
About the Team
The IGI team operates in a small local office environment very much like a family atmosphere. The IGI business primarily centers on natural gas service to over 680 customers in the Pacific Northwest. Our business success relies on our highest quality of customer service both external and internal including this position
Hybrid work schedule - Tuesday through Thursday in the office with option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays
