Join our Customer Team and advance your career as a Business Account Manager!
In this role You will:
  • Drive all account and relationship management activities with key stakeholders across Customer and Products
  • Seek for opportunities in close collaboration with senior business representatives for new services and ways to add value
  • Support vp GBS Customer in demand conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Support the vp GBS Customer in the definition and delivery of the Customer strategy
  • Define our ways of working across our global centers to ensure operational delivery is consistent and well measured

We have the following requirements:
  • Academic and international qualification in relevant fields
  • 7+ years’ experience in the Service Operations or Business Relationship environment (preferably B2B and SSC)
  • Deep professional experience in Customer Service, Finance, Procurement and Continuous Improvement
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Proven consulting skills and track record of the ability to build sound and trusted relationships
  • Experience in leading and managing teams (preferably in large scale service centre operations)
  • Experience with supporting and implementing strategy
  • Possess a sound understanding of internal and external customer needs, able to negotiate and manage expectations to meet / exceed requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong people & performance management skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
