Job summary


About the role:

The Business Process Lead is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, constantly challenging existing processes for the business within the ASPAC region. You will recommend initiatives and coordinate teams in the delivery of such projects, and will be recognised as the Continuous Improvement (CI) coach for the market. Overall you will perform a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements and simplification initiatives.

Key Accountabilities –

  • Work and lead several projects across ASPAC – Understand different country processes and markets
  • Support and facilitate the implementation of a business process transformation strategy to enable substantial and Continuous Improvement (CI) in order to satisfy customer demands.
  • Support the operations team & GBS in identifying critical strategic process improvement areas that will be required to meet its strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops for process analysis, design and implementation activities. Translate workshop output into business requirements to shape process design.
  • Perform quality management reviews, ensuring all agreed business and design requirements are adhered to.
  • Educate the operations team in applying a consistent and structured approach and using appropriate tools, coach team members to address process gaps, identify inefficiencies and help to embed a continuous improvement culture in the organisation
  • Scope necessary work and deliver strategic process improvement projects to ensure integration of transformation projects across the overall business transformation strategy.
  • Support the quality management system in the centre in an effective and efficient manner and ensure compliance with applicable ISO regulations

About you:
As the successful candidate you will have –
  • University degree OR equivalent desirable but not essential
  • Operational business experience, ideally in business process design & implementation
  • Operational experience of the O2C process is desirable but not essential
  • Influencing and strong negotiation ability
  • Ability to proactively seek out various opinions and effectively collaborate with others
  • Ability to harmonize and align people, business processes and systems with business strategy
  • Process quality & improvement experience
  • Excellent Stakeholder management skills
  • Use of operational tools to improve customer experience
