Join our Procurement Team and advance your career as a
In this role You will:
  • Validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accordance with policies adhered
  • Engage BP stakeholders – e.g. requestors, sourcing specialists etc., to finalize the purchase decision
  • Manage required changes to PO and closure of the PO
  • Handle PO related queries received from Supplier, Accounts Payable, or other Business requestors
  • Generate Purchase Order and confirm acceptance by the supplier
  • Resolve operational issues
  • Monitor and analyze reports
We have the following requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or suitable similar qualification
  • 2+ years experience in Procurement / Supply chain/ Order to Cash or Finance field
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Working in shifts: A week from 8:30 am till 5 pm; B week from 3 pm till 11:30 pm
  • High level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness
  • Experience in customer/vendor facing roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Language and interpersonal skills with a particular focus on client responsiveness
  • Customer- and service-oriented thinking
