Cash simplification and project leader

Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, credit analysis, pricing, service request management, and supply chain management activities.

In this role You will:

Process workflow and improvement:
  • Support his team in gathering a deep understanding of existing “As-is” processes raising visibility on process variance and highlighting opportunities for improvement (standardization/simplification)
  • Leverage the L4/L5 Credit mapping activity that was performed in 2016 creating an overview of processes in the center including existing known variances
Business requirement analysis
  • Drive Credit SME organization to analyze and evaluate baseline business requirements to specify a suite of standardized operational processes to inform System Build
  • Liaise with the Head of Cash & GBS GPO to identify and drive CI in the current credit/customer organization
System and Project support
  • Manage / organize / record / follow-up all credit related system change requests and tickets
  • Provide SME knowledge and support to GPM Template & SAP design and build teams using the “AGILE” methodology to ensure proposed designs meet business needs
Leadership and Support
    • Managing the team of SMEs and daily operations acting as the first point of contact for all businesses and countries performed by GBS

We have the following requirements:
  • University Degree preferred in Economics/ Finance/ IT or related fields or other Graduation in Economics/ Finance/ IT (High School)
  • 5+ years of Customer Relationship Management, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Collection, Credit Management, Project Management, and/or IT experience in an international environment
  • Deep knowledge of Credit Management (Cash Collection and Credit Risk Assessment)
  • Deep knowledge of SAP (FSCM) and other ERP Systems (e.g ISP, AS400, JDE)
  • Strong Experience in Project Management life cycles with a preference for utilizing AGILE implementation methodology
  • Background in driving Standardization and Harmonization agenda cross-business cross country
