Job summary

Supports the implementation of marketing, brand and comms programmes for the business. Supports the development, management and delivery of strategic programmes for the marketing team and adopts and adapts global brand offers, leveraging consumer & customer insights to drive innovation, defining country plans by brand and managing brand guidelines and policy.

Job Purpose

  • Support with Service Maintenance Marketing Manager to drive channel activation, and make sure the program efficiency against agreed critical metrics and adapt plans accordingly.
  • Understand customer insight & Castrol Service & Maintenance strategy; develop and land seminar / digital platform / digital activity to support real execution on market by Activation Manager & CVO & Bikes activation Manager.
  • Work closely with the Cars & CVO Sales team to ensure smooth landing of part assigned program
Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of Channel activation programs in seminar & digital activity & platform for market identification, KPI setting.
  • Develop the detailed roll out plan with aligned target
  • Support the establishment of online platform
  • Deliver planned programs incl. channel offer, mechanics training and micro-marketing programs through consolidating inputs from brand team, and Sales network
  • Implement online and offline Channel activation program, coordinating with Digital Excellence team, Brand/Comms team and sales to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Work with agencies to develop and produce tools and contents with the support from global offer development team
  • Handle Service & Maintenance communities both online and offline
  • Define critical metrics and tracking system, monitor progress of initiatives
  • Monitor implementation of marketing plan, offer delivery and deployment of Channel activation program and Micro-marketing with sales network
  • Monitor the progress of both SERVICE & MAINTENANCE Channel activation program and Micro-marketing, and track the business ROI delivery and adapt the plan accordingly
  • Participation in Digital product Management
  • University degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of trade marketing/channel management experience with FMCG, or auto related industries
  • Experience with generating customers insights and working to translate them into offer and programs
  • Experience managing and developing channel offers and marketing programs
  • Experience handling trade and customers marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM or loyalty programs
  • Analytical and with strive to succeed
  • Teammate & good communication skill
