Job summary

Lead the country marketing to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share target in the Commercial Trucks & Heavy Duty space. This role helps in managing the product portfolio and leading the execution of strategic Global offers/programmes in market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Commercial Vehicle (CVO) and Heave Duty (HD) Power brand marketing planning in-country and lead country activation of all agreed marketing activities
  • Manage existing CVO and HD channel offers
  • Accountable for executing new offers and major strategic brand campaigns in market
  • Agree market implementation plans for new offers with global CVO-HD marketing stakeholders and the PU marketing team
  • Work with agencies to plan activation
  • Manage internal relationships within the wider Castrol marketing function, such as Service & Maintenance, Brand and Communications, Hub Operations, Growth Unit and Pricing to enable successful implementation of offers. Look for synergies in CVO-HD activity across the PU
  • Monitor success against KPIs to and ROI ensure marketing effectiveness and cost efficiency
  • Act as focal point for understanding the customer segments, buyer journeys and integrated customer experience – be the “go to” expert for CVO-HD channels and products in the country
  • Manage the Product portfolio to deliver near- and long-term growth targets consistent with global space/brand strategies
  • Ensure full compliance to bp protocols including NPR, competition law, E&C, ASP management, P2P, brand identity guardrails, product rules of the game
  • Manage merchandise and collateral for activations

Requirements:
  • At least a university Degree/ Bachelor's Degree
  • Good English proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in product and/or channel marketing (>5 years)
  • Experience of working in global matrix organizations
  • Strong marketing planning and project management skills – demonstrated through a history of successful execution
  • Ability to successfully build enduring and productive relationships and work with cross functional teams
  • Strong sector experience / understanding is an advantage
