Your Tasks:
Commercial assurance:

  • project manager for AnETS implementation and GnETS scope extension
  • Act as a single point of accountability to build and integrate the required amendments to the systems and make sure we establish an end-to-end solution in order to achieve compliance and price the cost out to the market accordingly
  • Engage with and manage all required stakeholders internally including affiliates in scope (eg air BP, refineries etc)
  • Link with existing regulations (like bio/GHG, energy tax etc) and GnETS processes in place
  • Automize processes and handover administrative work steps to GBS after implementation and remaining steps to responsible business owners
Responsibility for the operations. In particular:
  • MEC & performance reporting
  • communication & participation at info sessions
  • managing of ad hoc issues
  • Deloitte PEC
  • alignment with 3rd parties
  • prepare and participate at audits
  • Submission of the yearly quota report GHG AT, GY, LUX, NL:
  • Perform mass balancing work
    responsible for the POS administration
  • Participate and prepare at audits
  • GHG Quota submission
  • Input into strategic developments
  • Managing the POS administration for co-processing with the NWE refineries
  • Demand planning
  • Operative work
  • Monthly planning
  • Optimization
  • Price set localization, maintenance
Your background:
  • Profound working experience in the Finance or Supply business
  • Solid understanding of the NWE mineral oil industry
  • Working experience with MS Office Tools and PowerBI with a strong appetite to ERP systems and digitalization
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Well organized way of working combined with strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Drives change, transforms data setup and processes
  • Strong communicator with a good standing internally and externally as well as a high level in customer orientation
